Services Procedures

In providing services to customers, the Master Program in Economics FEB always puts service ethic that has become the standard of excellent service throughout the Faculty of Economics and Business. The service ethics are:

  1. Smiles, greets, greetings
  2. Using ID card is compulsory
  3. Being polite to the service users
  4. Being responsible to the service users
  5. While providing services is strictly prohibited to do another activities i.e: smokin or communicating with mobile phones or other communication devices.
